School Partnerships
FEHR Group contributes to the training of our new talent through partnerships with:
Every year we participate in student forums: through presentations, exchanges, internship/cooperative education opportunities, or final year projects, we intervene with engineering schools and higher education institutions.
We give lectures and conferences to students throughout the year on precast concrete systems: constructional, economic, and environmental benefits, as well as on Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete. We also offer very regular visits to our production sites.
Convinced that it is essential to transmit our knowledge and experience to the next generation, these partnerships represent an important lever for our company, as it allows us to both raise awareness among young people about the challenges of the Building industry, and to create a new dynamic and facilitate the recruitment of new talents.
